Job Title: Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator to support our industrial project in Sines. As an HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for data coordination, reporting and general administrative tasks that contribute to the effective implementation of HSE protocols and standards on site.
About the Role:
You will collect HSE data from subcontractors, input statistical data into corporate/project systems and coordinate weekly and monthly reports. You will also create presentations, graphs and pivot tables based on HSE data, organize filing systems and support planning and logistics for audits, workshops and meetings. Additionally, you will prepare meeting minutes, manage office supplies and maintain accurate logs, records and documentation.
Your Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in an administrative, document control or HSE support role. Familiarity with site-based roles and safety documentation is desirable. You should be comfortable liaising with cross-functional teams and have basic knowledge of HSE principles or ISO 45001 standards. Language skills in English are required.
