This project is dedicated to one of the largest low-cost carriers in Europe, connecting destinations across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. The airline is well known for affordable fares, flexibility, and reliable service for both leisure and business travelers.
As a Customer Advisor, you will support passengers with reservations, travel information, and general assistance, ensuring a smooth and positive journey. This position is perfect for those who thrive in an international environment and enjoy delivering excellent customer care.
What are your responsibilities?
* Support customers via phone, email, and chat
* Manage bookings: create, change, or cancel reservations
* Handle complaints and sensitive cases
* Process tickets and back-office tasks
* Give clear information and helpful solutions
What do we expect:
* Fluency in French (min. C1 )
* Communicative English level (min. strong B2)
* You live in Lisbon or you want to relocate here
* You are ready to work in our office in Oriente area
* Strong communication skills, combined with empathy and a collaborative team spirit.
* You have min 6 months experience as a Customer Advisor
* You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company
* Prior experience with GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is a great plus but not the must
