Job Description:
The Head of Project, Service and Product Management will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and success. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in project management, service delivery, and product development.
* Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements strategies to improve project management processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
* Leads cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translates them into actionable project plans.
* Provides guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver their tasks effectively.
* Identifies and mitigates project risks, and develops contingency plans to minimize their impact.
* Analyzes data and metrics to measure project performance and makes recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
