Job Title: Business Development Representative
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls.
You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and suggest the appropriate solution. Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with potential customers will enable you to research accounts and generate new leads in potential market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
* SOURCE NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH INBOUND LEAD FOLLOW-UPS AND OUTBOUND COLD CALLS
* RESPOND TO INBOUND EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS
* UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND SUGGEST THE APPROPRIATE SOLUTION
* RESEARCH ACCOUNTS AND GENERATE NEW LEADS IN POTENTIAL MARKET SEGMENTS
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline
* Proven sales experience of Min 2 years
* Prior experience with SaaS / Internet companies (preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
* Strong listening ability and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* Experience of working with CRM systems
* Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage work efficiently
* Strong telephone skills and ability to dial dozens of calls per day
* Strong track record of achieving targets
