, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and safety of online platforms, protecting users while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment.
What You'll Do
Review and assess user-generated content, including profiles, audio, video, and text
Investigate, escalate, and resolve content-related issues flagged by users or systems
Apply client policies objectively and consistently
Help improve online experiences while contributing to a safer digital community
Note: Due to the nature of the role, exposure to flashing lights or high-contrast visuals may occur.
What You Bring
Hebrew:
C1 level or above
English:
B2 level or above
Strong emotional resilience and stress-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
Ability to work objectively, without personal bias
Passion for the internet, digital platforms, and online culture
Cultural awareness of political and social topics relevant to the supported market
Comfort working independently and as part of a team
Experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is a plus
