We are looking for an A* candidate to run full-cycle recruitment processes. You should have a relevant background, be flexible, and curious to learn and understand the details of different teams — product, marketing, finance, HR, and operations. We seek high levels of grit and a clear growth mindset. You must have a proactive attitude and enjoy excelling in details.
In this role, you will work directly with our clients and mentor junior team members. We're looking for an experienced professional, but also for the right attitude. Your focus will be on managing all current and new recruitment processes (A to Z), implementing recruitment best practices, and taking on a mentoring and management role to ensure team growth.
You will have access to founders, top executives, and Tier 1 professionals, working with high levels of autonomy while reporting to Humaniaks' CEO. This is a unique opportunity to boost your career and learn about various businesses and industries.
What you will be doing:
1. Source candidates for existing roles or talent pools through various channels;
2. Research companies, industries, markets, and organizational structures;
3. Develop and document internal know-how and processes;
4. Manage applications and engage with candidates professionally and personally;
5. Liaise with clients, delivering excellent service;
6. Interview candidates and present clear pitches about client companies;
7. Take ownership of client success;
8. Manage junior researchers and recruiters.
What you should already have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Business-related;
2. At least 5 years of full-time work experience, including roles as Recruitment Manager, Lead, or Coordinator within a product organization, ideally in a fast-paced startup;
3. Proactiveness in building and optimizing processes;
4. Strong interest in people, business, business models, industries, and technology;
5. Native-level Portuguese and bilingual English; Spanish is a plus;
6. Tech-savvy and analytical skills;
7. The ability to thrive in a high-paced, demanding, and rewarding environment.
