Job Title: Vice President of Finance
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our leadership team as Vice President of Finance. In this role, you will partner directly with our CEO to build and scale the company's financial and operational foundations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in early-stage or scaling startups, with a strong background in finance, operations, or general management. You will be comfortable operating in ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and figuring things out as you go.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team that includes Finance, People and Legal. Your responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end financial picture, leading budgeting and forecasting, running the monthly close and financial reporting, owning tax setup and compliance across entities geographies evolving business models driving capital allocation ROI thinking ensuring spend is intentional aligned priorities acting connective tissue across Finance People Legal bringing structure clarity defining tracking evolving core KPIs performance dashboards establishing lightweight effective operating rhythms accountability decision-making frameworks translating strategy into clear operating plans resourcing decisions execution focus partnering closely CEO on prioritization trade-offs day-to-day execution
