Ramp-up and Project Development Professional
This role involves leading ramp-up projects, developing project schedules and work plans, and driving troubleshooting to get the ramp-up process back on track. Key responsibilities include managing resources, monitoring project progress, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying machine or process issues, proposing solutions, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and strategic mindset are essential for this role.
In addition to technical knowledge and methods for equipment, the Ramp-up and Project Development Professional will train production teams on how to properly operate machines. A collaborative approach with a Junior Engineer is expected to achieve final goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead Ramp-up projects (IVS, SVS or Transfer machines) and ensure completion according to scope, plan and budget
* Create Ramp-up Project Agreement to define expectations, targets, KPI's and timeline
* Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan
* Drive troubleshooting and crisis situations to get the ramp-up process back on track when needed
* Predict resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner
* Report to management relevant KPIs, risks and issues
* Propose process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant experience
* 3-4 years of work experience in Project Management
* Post Graduation in Project Management, is a plus
* SixSigma certifications, is a plus
* English Level: B2 – Upper Intermediate level
* Good communication skills
* Analytical skills and Strategic mindset
* Proficient decision-making skills and problems solving skills
* Self-motivated and a genuine interest in improving processes and internal customer relationships
