Project Management Specialist
As a seasoned project management professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing project management methodologies.
* Methodology Development: Develop and apply project management frameworks to standardize and continuously improve processes.
* Project Prioritization: Support the prioritization of projects that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
* Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and deviations, and report on a regular basis.
* Tool Development: Create and maintain tools and frameworks to standardize project management.
* Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
* Team Training: Support team training in best practices for project management.
* KPI Establishment: Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess project performance.
* Documentation Management: Ensure the organization and accessibility of project documentation.
Requirements:
* Education: A degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Engineering degrees are also eligible.
* Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, 2-4 years in project management or consultancy.
* Certification: PMO certification and experience are valued.
* Skills: Leadership, autonomy, collaboration, communication, analysis, planning, adaptation, and realization.
* Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
