Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Software Engineer – DevOps, Applications & Database, deliver mission-critical semiconductor process-control apps and automation. You will cover SDLC, drive CI/CD, testing, and ensure available production systems.
* Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using C#, .NET, Python, and implement automation tools and frameworks for CI/CD, test/system automation, and deployment
* Develop and maintain database APIs/data access layer, optimize, and troubleshoot queries, procedures, and packages
* Plan, test, and deploy software releases to production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless user experience, including designing, developing, and executing comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and system tests
* Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of software systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability
* Provide IT operational support for Process Control Solutions, including participating in a 24/7 support rotation for manufacturing solutions, as required
* Work in cross-functional global teams and follow DevOps practices and methods to ensure collaboration and efficient delivery of software solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize software requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, effectively communicating technical ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are a creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
* At least 2 years of hands‑on software development with C#, Python and familiarity with modern web development (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Angular, React, )
* Proven track record of successfully planning, designing, and implementing complex systems
* Strong background in working with relational databases like Oracle, proficient in SQL/PLSQL; experience delivering and consuming database APIs/data access layers
* Proficiency in Agile development methods
* Experience with cloud technologies, containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
* Fluency in English is mandatory
