We are expanding our global Pre-Sales team and are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive Consultant who brings together HR functional expertise, strong WFM solution knowledge, and a client-oriented commercial approach. The Pre-Sales Executive Consultant will play a central role in complex sales cycles, leading solution demonstrations and supporting the commercial team in preparing proposals for enterprise clients. Your Role: Support strategic opportunities, identify operational/compliance challenges, and contribute to sales strategy. Deliver tailored WFM demos, translating needs into scenarios for different stakeholders. Act as a platform expert, validating configurations and supporting functional discussions. Contribute to RFPs, aligning technical solutions with business value and client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and clear functional scope documentation. What We're Looking For: Higher education or equivalent, preferably in business or commercial fields (Management, Marketing, Sales, Economics or similar). Experience in functional analysis or consulting in HR - WFM systems/ERP. Experience in technology solution demonstrations or client presentations. Understanding of HR processes, including: time & attendance management, workforce scheduling and shift planning, labor compliance. Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus. Nice to Have: Strong communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach. Ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
