We are currently looking for a Dutch or German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team in Lisbon or Porto (hybrid model). You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support globally recognized brands.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, and job fairs
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
Requirements
Native or fluent Dutch OR German (C1) + English (B2)
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
Degree in Human Resources or similar (preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Experience with ATS systems and sourcing techniques
Proactive attitude and team-player mindset
Offer
Salary: €1,450 gross x14 payments/year (~€1,690/month on average) + monthly performance bonus
Meal allowance: €7.63/day (net)
