2. Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
3. Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
4. Staying up-to-date on the latest offerings, policies, and services.
5. Utilizing knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
* Dutch (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2).
* At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Passion for automotive topics and skilled in digital technology.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
