Transformational Agile Leader
As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an experienced Transformational Agile Leader to drive our agile practices forward. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and Scrum Master certification, you will be responsible for leading our teams through agile principles and frameworks.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach;
* Scrum Master certification;
* Proven experience with Jira/Confluence and development environments;
* Excellent understanding of agile principles & frameworks, including Scrum, XP, Kanban;
* Strong expertise in agile estimating & planning;
* Proficiency in Scrum ceremonies and artifacts;
* Fluent English speaker;
* Open to relocation within Portugal and willing to work in a hybrid position in Lisbon.
