Overview
We are seeking French speakers to support our client's project with a renowned North American consumer electronics company. The role involves managing payments, refunds, and customer financial inquiries for a global online store.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to Sales, Sales Support, and Order Management teams regarding payment issues and escalations.
2. Coordinate with external payment partners to ensure accurate processing of payments and refunds via various methods.
3. Resolve customer queries related to payments, VAT, invoices, and reconciliations.
4. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
5. Collaborate with finance and back-office teams for efficient issue resolution.
6. Work mainly in a back-office environment with minimal outbound calls.
Qualifications:
* Native-level French (C2) and good English (B2).
* Experience in customer service or payment operations is a plus.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
* Flexible schedule to match order volumes.
* EU passport or valid residence card for Portugal (mandatory).
Training and Working Hours:
* 15 days of paid training in English covering systems, tools, and customer management.
* Full-time, 40 hours/week with rotational shifts between 07:00 and 24:00, Monday to Sunday.
