Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT System Engineer to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and PowerApps. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, governance, security, and automation to enhance productivity and user experience across the organization.
1. Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, and PowerApps in an environment of 2000+ global users
2. Design, implement, and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and workflows
3. Configure and optimize Teams for communication and collaboration
4. Develop PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes
5. Working in our ITSM (ticket system) to help our employees (2nd Level Service).
6. Ensure compliance with security policies, governance, and best practices for Microsoft 365 environments
7. Provide technical support and training to end users to maximize adoption and efficiency
8. Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions
9. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues on your own
Requirements
10. Completed studies in IT, Computer Science or relevant experience in the field of IT
11. Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role
12. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
13. Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices
14. Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell
15. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
16. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
17. Fluent in English is a must
18. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, MS-102, or equivalent) are a plus
