MIN REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate Profile:
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese (other languages valued).
* Experience of working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Residence in the area - Loulé municipality or nearby (preferable).
* Entrepreneurial profile.
* Passion for Real Estate.
* Experience in sales (preferable).
* Excellent communication and argumentation skills.
* High capacity to organise, negotiate and close deals.
* Clear orientation towards objectives.
* Ability to work independently with high dedication.
* Positive attitude, confidence, friendliness and professional appearance.
* Strong motivation to increase knowledge in the real estate sector.
