We're looking for an R&D Scientist passionate about hydrogels, materials science, and healthcare innovation — someone ready to turn ideas into impact.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and characterize hydrogel-based materials for medical use
- Integrate chemical and biological sensors responsive
Design and assemble multi-layer wound dressing prototypes
- Lead testing, optimization, and data analysis to support prototype validation
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers, clinicians, and biologists to bring innovation from the lab to the patient
Contribute to technical reports, publications, and patents.
What We're Looking For:
PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related areas
- +3 years of post-graduate experience in R&D
Expertise in polymeric hydrogels (formulation, crosslinking, rheology, swelling)
Experience with chemical or chromatic sensors
Skilled in materials characterization (FTIR, SEM, DSC, UV-Vis, TGA)
Knowledge of ISO *****, MDR, and medical device standards (a plus)
A creative, autonomous problem-solver who thrives in a startup environment.
