What challenges will you be taking on?
Within this role you will be integrated within a large IT support team and the tasks required within the role will include:
* Support customers through technical help desk
* Installation and configuration of hardware equipment
* Installation of software solutions (virtual machines, operating systems, antivirus)
* Troubleshoot issues spanning multiple systems and technologies
What do we need in our team?
We are looking for a candidate with around four years of experience in a similar field with experience in:
* Microsoft Administration, including experience and knowledge about Windows Domain (Azure & On-premise), 365, Exchange Online, Windows 11 and experience in Troubleshooting (helpdesk).
* Hardware Environments: Experience with rackmounting elements in a cabinet, installing and configuring different hardware elements (servers, KVMs, switches, etc), design of HW Systems and cabling/labeling.
* Linux Administration: (multiple Distributions) Knowledge about the systems and Linux commands.
* Virtual Environments: Knowledge about Virtual Machines and Virtualization operating systems (mainly VMware)
* Networking: Knowledge about network devices, how they work and troubleshooting network commands.
