About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Governance and Portfolio Analyst to strengthen our IT Governance framework and project portfolio management capabilities. The role is responsible for ensuring effective governance of the IT project portfolio and hands‐on reporting, requiring strong expertise in PPM tools, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint to deliver high‐quality, periodic insights to senior stakeholders and to provide oversight of initiatives that improve IT processes standardization, performance visibility and continuous improvement across the IT function. It combines portfolio analytics and reporting, governance knowledge and the ability to drive process improvement across IT, acting as a key interface between IT leadership, Process Owners, Controlling, PMO, and other IT stakeholders.Your day at Ferring Portfolio ManagementEvolve the IT PPM defining standards, processes, templates, governance frameworks and training material.Support portfolio prioritization and annual IT investment budgeting.Benefit realization tracking.Reporting, Analytics & InsightsDesign, produce and maintainperiodic portfolio, program and project reports(monthly, quarterly, ad hoc) which includes Budget execution.Develop and maintainexecutive dashboardsusingPPM tools and Power BI .Perform detailed data analysis using advanced Excel.Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of portfolio data for leadership, governance forums and audits.Translate portfolio data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Continuous ImprovementCoach and develop project managers.Drive continuous improvement in project management maturity, reporting quality and portfolio transparency.Support optimization ofPPM tool and dashboards .IT Process Governance & OversightWork in close collaboration with IT Process Owners to ensure that their core IT processes are properly defined, controlled, measurable and continuously improved.Process Scope includes Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Demand Management and others.Ensure processes are formally documented, standardized and maintained.Ensure processes are clearly communicated across IT teams.Provide transparency through governance dashboards and reporting.Facilitate governance forums.QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.5+ years of experience in IT project, program, portfolio management or PMO.Strong financial and analytical rigor.Experience in process improvement.Experience withPPM tools ,Power BI(dashboard design, visualization), advancedExcelskills for portfolio analysis andPowerPointreporting.Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, SOX).Exposure to global or matrixed organizations.Fluent in English.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or equivalent certifications.Familiarity with governance frameworks such as COBIT.Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.Key CompetenciesGovernance and lean mindset.Structured and process‐oriented approach.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data‐driven insights to leadership.Cross‐functional collaboration.Continuous improvement orientation.BenefitsGet inspired by our commitment to advocate for everyone's right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you love.Our inclusive support package – "Building Families at Ferring" – provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey, ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and role.
