* Collaborate closely with Group Functions Controlling, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Risk and Governance
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with CFO priorities and business objectives. Prepare and consolidate reports, performance dashboards, and executive presentations
* Lead and manage projects for the CFO from initiation to completion, starting with analyzing and planning to successful project execution.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
* Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communications
* Identify process inefficiencies and implement structural improvements
* Serve as central point of contact for CFO related inquiries and coordination.
* 3+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a finance or corporate environment.
* Strong understanding of (financial) processes, reporting cycles, and organizational structures.
* Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
