As part of the Sourcing Team within Talent Acquisition, you will develop and update job descriptions, screen candidates' resumes and job applications.

Your key responsibilities:
1. Supports the recruitment strategy and talent management, workforce planning, and diversity policies.
2. Works with hiring managers to ensure job profiles and candidate specifications are up-to-date.
3. Attracts candidates through databases and social media for open positions at various levels.
4. Analyzes job requirements, conducts research, and screens candidates through interviews.
5. Assists in creating assessment centers, tailoring exercises, and providing feedback to management.
6. Organizes and manages administrative tasks related to recruitment and records relevant employee information.
7. Participates in interviews and provides feedback, following a structured interview framework.
You must have:
1. Degree in Human Resources or similar.
2. 1-3 years background in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment;
3. Ability to work in a demanding environment;
4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Language skills in English and French.
