responsabilidades chave
Input, validation, and management of customer orders within the SAP system;
Customer Support: Addressing complex client inquiries related to order status, deliveries, invoicing, and complaints;
Maintaining and updating customer records and commercial interactions;
Supporting the invoicing process (issuance of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes) and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
competências
Experience in administrative or back-office roles;
Fluency in Dutch and English or Portuguese;
Mandatory proficiency in the SAP system;
Familiarity with Salesforce.
