Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Management Strategist to oversee revenue strategy for our resorts in Portugal and Serbia.
The ideal candidate will be based in Portugal or Southern Spain and have at least 6 years experience in Revenue Management.
* Maximizing revenue opportunities through data analysis and market research is key to this role.
You will develop and implement revenue strategies, analyze revenue potential from transient and group markets, and manage Internet marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Formulate long and short-term revenue strategies and oversee their execution.
* Analyze revenue potential from transient and group markets.
* Develop relationships with market directors and other peers in the industry.
You will also be responsible for establishing sales strategies, communicating any strategy changes or updates to the sales team, running group rooms control logs, verifying pick-ups, updating daily market segment analyses, reviewing actual performance versus potential performance, and completing required month-end reports with detailed analysis.

A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
