Your Profile
1. German proficiency mandatory and fluent English (B2)
2. Strong focus on customer needs
3. Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Your Responsibilities
1. Identify customers' needs to diagnose and resolve problems
2. Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company's products as well as deliveries, returns, refunds
3. Use a multichannel approach to speak with customers (voice, email, social media)
4. Cross and upsell additional products
5. Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s
