What you will be doing?
- Designing and developing ServiceNow configurations to ensure proper functionality;
- Implementing new modules and applications within the platform;
- Developing digital workflows and application modules;
- Preparing detailed technical specifications and documentation;
- Managing updates and platform configuration changes;
- Developing the B2B vendor evaluation workflow, covering ARAQ, Data Privacy, SDD, and GDD phases;
- Collaborating with Agile teams to improve and optimize processes.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a software developer;
- ServiceNow Fundamentals certification (mandatory – if not available, we may still consider strong profiles);
- ServiceNow Application Developer (APPENGINE) certification (a plus);
- Knowledge of Web Services integration (SOAP, REST, JSON);
- Strong capabilities in design and testing;
- Experience with Agile methodologies;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
