DesignRush, a B2B Media Platform to drive brand discovery & growth, is seeking an experiencedLEAD GENERATION Specialistwho is:Efficient at generating leads from mid to large size brands for the DesignRush sales team Able to hit the ground running from day 1 Hands-on and proactive at creating contact lists and optimizing campaign performancesThe candidate must be aproactiveandindependent thinkerwho can take ownership of the tasks and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.DesignRush generates over1 millionhigh-intent B2B visitors monthly seeking growth insights, tools, and partners.We're looking for aLEAD GENERATION SPECIALISTto reach out and generate leads from brand managers to advertise their brands on DesignRush.The Lead Generation Specialist will then hand off the lead to a sales rep to close it.This position offers abase salaryandmonthly bonuses.This is for afull-time, remote-work-at-homeposition .As ourclients are US-based, this position requires candidates who work up until4pm or 5pm EST.DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Company's growth through outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive Generate email sequences and make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are setQUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development role Excellent English speaking and communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflowsRECRUITMENT STEPS: Apply via LinkedIn Have an intro call with our Recruiter Receive a short test Send back answers + CV Have an interview with our General Manager and Hiring Manager Get feedbackWe kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.
