Responsibilities:
* Business Representation: Act as the voice of Risk and Finance within the Squad, ensuring priorities align with business objectives
* Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and conversion improvements
* User Story Contribution: Draft, refine, and validate the business components of user stories
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute UAT test cases aligned with acceptance criteria; report bugs and inconsistencies
* Business Case Development: Build business cases to support feature prioritization and OPUS investments
* Change Management: Support initiatives impacting business processes and ensure smooth adoption
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for partners during integrations
* Mandatory Training: Ensure completion and compliance with required training across the team
* Ad-hoc Activities: Support additional activities aligned with Tribe objectives
