What You'll Do
* Review and assess user-generated content, including profiles, audio, video, and text
* Investigate, escalate, and resolve content-related issues flagged by users or systems
* Apply client policies objectively and consistently
* Help improve online experiences while contributing to a safer digital community

What You Bring
* Hebrew: C1 level or above
* English: B2 level or above
* Strong emotional resilience and stress-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
* Ability to work objectively, without personal bias
* Passion for the internet, digital platforms, and online culture
* Cultural awareness of political and social topics relevant to the supported market
* Comfort working independently and as part of a team
* Experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is a plus
