We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tier 1 Support Engineer to join our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, incident classification, and routine maintenance across our hybrid IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to end users via the Zendesk platform
* Classify and escalate incidents and service requests following defined procedures
* Perform routine maintenance and operational tasks, including:
* Patch management
* Basic troubleshooting
* Assist with the implementation of automation tools such as Ansible
* Create and maintain internal documentation and network/system diagrams
* Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams for escalated issues
Required Qualifications:
* Proficiency in English at C1 level (written and verbal)
* Experience with the following platforms:
* Grafana
* Windows VMs (both on-premises and cloud-based)
* Zendesk or similar support ticketing tools
* Familiarity with patch management and system maintenance procedures
* Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
* Exposure to ITIL processes
* Basic understanding of networking and monitoring tools
