Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
* Solid experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry;
* Strong knowledge of
IATF 16949
,
Core Tools
(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and customer-specific requirements;
* Proven experience in
problem-solving methodologies
(8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and root cause analysis;
* Experience conducting
internal, supplier, and customer audits;
* Ability to analyze quality data and manage KPIs (PPM, scrap, rework, customer complaints);
* Experience with
continuous improvement
initiatives and corrective/preventive actions;
* Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally;
* English proficiency (written and spoken);
* Knowledge of quality systems, documentation control, and change management.
Soft Skills:
* Communication skills – oral & written;
* Ability to synthetize / simplify;
* Organizational skills;
* Ability to collaborate / teamwork.
