As a Software Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain industrial software solutions, with a strong focus on high-performance C++ applications and modern software development practices.Your role in our teamDevelopment of robust and scalable C++ applications for industrial machines and automation platformsDesign and implementation of software components using modern programming principles, including Python where applicableAnalysis of technical requirements and translation into efficient and maintainable software architecturesIntegration of software modules with machine control systems and hardware environmentsTroubleshooting, debugging, and continuous optimization of existing software solutionsCollaboration with cross-functional teams such as electrical engineering, mechanical design, and project managementSupport of commissioning activities both remotely and on-site where requiredOptional involvement in PLC programming (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal) for automation systemsYour profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldStrong experience in C++ development and Python programmingExperience in object-oriented design and software architectureFamiliarity with industrial software or automation environments is a plusKnowledge of PLC programming (e.g. Siemens S7, TIA Portal) is an advantageUnderstanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g. PROFINET, OPC UA) is beneficialExperience with version control systems such as Git or SVNAnalytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented working styleStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approachWillingness to travel occasionally (~25%)Exciting tasks in a fast-growing, future-oriented industry playerCompetitive salary package, with extra days off including your birthday, flexible working hours, and remote work optionsFree health insurance for the whole familyWell-Being and Employee Assistance ProgramApply now and join our team!
