This position is 100% on-site at our office in Braga, Portugal.
Responsibilities Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Who are you You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, equipping you with the foundational knowledge to excel in sales strategies and customer engagement.
You are a passionate, driven individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly in e-commerce or the gaming industry.
You have a deep understanding of the gaming and skins market, staying on top of the latest trends and customer needs.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you're excited by the challenge of growing revenue and building long-term relationships with clients.
Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to connect with both gaming enthusiasts and professional traders.
You are results-oriented, data-driven, and skilled at using analytics to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
A proactive problem-solver, you are always looking for ways to improve processes and exceed sales targets.
You are comfortable working in an international team, adapting your approach to diverse cultures and customer profiles.
