As a talent partner at Troi, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients secure top talent and improve their talent function processes.Whether it's one hire or two hundred, your expertise will be the driving force behind our clients' success stories.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategiesSource, assess, and engage top-tier candidates across Sales, Customer Success, Payroll, Operations and HR.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate on boardingBuild and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experienceStay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt our recruitment strategies accordinglyWhat are we looking for?
Proven experience in GTM/Commercial recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in either RPO or in-house roles.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in candidate and client networkingExperience in business development with a strong growth focused mentalityStrategic and commercial awarenessInnovative thinker with a constant focus on understanding new technologies and approaches in the recruitment marketplaceExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.Experience providing data based reportingHighly organized with strong attention to detail.Experienced in influencing and driving changeSelf motivated and able to manage own workloadWhat can we offer you?
