Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Analyst (CRM). The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on CRM, and advanced SQL expertise.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and enhancing measurement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks for different Owned channels, analyzing and developing CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value, and collaborating with marketing partners to develop effective strategies for campaign reporting and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on CRM.
* Advanced SQL required.
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Email marketing analytics.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
* Proficient in using data visualization tools (such as DOMO, Tableau) to present data in a visually engaging manner.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools and strategies.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities.
