Job Role:
Our company is seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to serve as the Business Development Director. This role is responsible for leading sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to set sales targets and develop action plans.
* Lead and manage sales teams to drive revenue growth and meet performance expectations.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop key relationships with clients and partners.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
* 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
Education/Professional Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's preferred or a plus).
* 5-10 years previous experience in the function.
