Job description - what you will get to do:
1. Build a dynamic, online and real-world community;
2. Find/manage community members to lead language groups and organize events;
3. Manage the operations in our CRM platform;
4. Be a part of strategic meetings;
5. Nurture the community and interact with our users through online channels;
6. Be in contact with the community offline;
7. Mobilize SPEAKers to organize community events;
8. Help with offline marketing;
9. Work with SPEAK participants to understand their needs;
10. Assist in onboarding process;
11. Provide customer feedback to the management team;
12. Find opportunities to increase customer retention;
13. Be part of SPEAK Community: register to be buddy, ambassador or participant.
Main requirements - you should:
14. Be available to work at least 20 hours a week;
15. Minimum duration of the internship - 6 months;
16. Living in the SPEAK cities you are applying for or being able to relocate (mandatory);
17. Good English oral and written communication skills (SPEAK's team meetings are mainly held in English), local language/other languages are a plus;
*If you're applying for Madrid, basic knowledge of Spanish is mandatory.
18. Be proactive and and have good communication skills;
19. Able to work with social media on the user level;
