Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Energy Business Unit by recruiting a Trainee Electrical Engineer for the Renewable Energy division (RENOV), based at our Porto office.
With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.
Responsibilities:
* Actively participate in the development of Renewable Energy projects – Solar and Wind – and Storage projects
* Design efficient technical solutions that meet customer needs, calculated and dimensioned in accordance with applicable regulations
* Prepare technical reports, design briefs, and project specifications
* Manage the team assigned to you for project development
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design optimized solutions
* Ensure that projects are executed within the established deadlines
Profile:
* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Energy
* Interest in the development of Renewable Energy projects – Solar and Wind Power – and Storage projects
* Experience with software such as PVsyst, PVcase, PVdesign, among others (preferred);
* Strong communication skills and team spirit
* Ability to adapt and work effectively in a team, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
* Focus on technical excellence, attention to detail, strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills
