present recommendationsand participate in budget proposals, including project assumptions, constraints, and expected outcomes.Plan and execute Val Genesis-hosted events: Propose event concepts, build project plans (workback schedules, milestones, dependencies), secure required resources, and support smooth, high-impact execution.Manage end-to-end event logistics: Manage budgets, schedules, vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site readiness using project management best practices (risk tracking, issue resolution, and change control).Partner with Field Marketing: Coordinate with regional teams as project stakeholders to support local operations, optimize booth layout, staffing, and attendee engagement activities.Collaborate with Design teams: Manage creative requests and production timelines to ensure event materials (banners, brochures, digital signage, branded giveaways, etc.) align with brand guidelines and are delivered on time.Ensure budget compliance: Track event-related expenses against approved budgets;
maintain vendor quotes,POs/invoices, and reconciliation as part of the project documentation.Lead management and follow-up: Manage lead capture workflows during and after events, coordinating with Sales and other Marketing functions to ensure leads are registered, properly attributed, and followed up on according to agreed SLAs.Track and analyze performance: Collect and maintain event metrics to evaluate effectiveness;
