How You'll Make an Impact
1. Manage administrative tasks and processes for various countries and headquarters requirements.
2. Maintain and monitor the department's digital filing system for document organization.
3. Plan agendas, manage meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.
4. Organize work meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
5. Plan and coordinate corporate events.
6. Arrange travel and handle related administrative processes, requiring proficiency in spoken and written English for international collaboration.
What You Bring
7. Have at least a Technical degree with level 4 certification.
8. Be flexible to solve problems in a quick and effective manner.
9. Fluent in English language in writing and speaking.
10. Able to work under pressure and capacity to multitask.
11. Resilient, communicative personality, empathy, and team-working skills.
12. Good knowledge of Office 365.
