What You'll DoCustomer Support:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Booking Assistance:Support customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments.
Problem Solving:Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Quality & Accuracy:Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
High-Volume Interaction:Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards.
What You'll BringLanguage Skills:C1/C2 level of Dutch and good level of English.
Customer-First Mindset:Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience:Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Flexibility:Willingness to work rotating shifts.
