Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery Lead
Job Overview:
* Ensure seamless sales-to-delivery handovers and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
* Contribute to the successful onboarding and transitioning of customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate overall service or project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones.
2. Support critical customer situations in conjunction with Major Incident Management (MIM), Customer Office teams and Product Support as applicable.
3. Execute problem management and continuous improvement activities.
4. Liaise with different SAP user stakeholders to ensure customer success.
5. Review account status and analyze if account needs to be transitioned to another team based on growth in volume or complexity over time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with minimum 4+ years of experience.
* Good understanding & hands-on experience required in HANA database.
* Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration is mandatory.
* Hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 4+ years' experience with multinational software/IT organizations.
* 2+ years of SAP Basis S/4HANA knowledge.
* Mandatory languages: German, Dutch and Greek.
