Manage sprint execution, ensuring team collaboration, focus, and continuous delivery. Identify and remove impediments to ensure team productivity and progress. Actively participate in and support tribe-level ceremonies (e.g., QAP, Scrum of Scrums). Support the Product Owner and Core Team in backlog refinement and prioritization. Ensure clear and effective communication within the squad and with stakeholders. Lead and support the onboarding process for new team members. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment. Challenge the team constructively, encourage continuous improvement, and promote best practices. Adapt to functional and technical contexts, continuously enhancing knowledge when required. Maintain and update relevant team documentation.YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS: +3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master. Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset. High level of autonomy, rigor, and personal commitment. Proactive and curious, with a drive to explore innovative solutions. Critical thinker with a constructive approach to solution analysis. Fluent in English. Fluent in French. Hybrid regime in thePorto or Lisbon officeNice to Have Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
