Job DescriptionBrands Ads | Retail Media Sr. Account Manager (They, She, He)Glovo's Retail Media advertising assets are positioned for brands to invest in order to increase awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty. This role will help improve business performance and drive growth for both Glovo and partnered brands.Your MissionPosition Glovo's Retail Media advertising assets as the best way for brands to invest to increase awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty. Improve business performance resulting in both brand and Glovo growth.The Journey1 year contract to cover a maternity leave.Establish excellent relationships with top brands (Danone, Unilever, Red Bull, Mars, Sumol Compal) through consistent communication to identify needs and build engagement.Draw, execute, and pitch activation plans, grow top brands through Retail Media and Marketing (in‐app & offline), cross‐selling and upselling opportunities.Create regular reporting, providing business insights and advice to brands, identifying key growth opportunities.Ensure that brands in the pipeline have correct distribution (direct sourcing or distributor) and presence in all points of sale, and that new SKUs are supported with marketing activations.Ensure you and your team's targets are achieved and that billing, finance, and roll‐out of Brands Ads products to MFCs or grocery partners are correct and timely.What You Will Bring To The RideBachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, or Communications.3–5 years of Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Business Development experience at an FMCG, Media Agency, or Commerce Business.Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non‐digital channels.Understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, comfortable tracking and reporting on performance marketing KPIs.Energetic, highly motivated, results‐driven with excellent negotiation skills.Good analytical skills, comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and the local language.Empathetic, inclusive, curious attitude.Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.Great problem‐solver skills and capability to adapt fast to unexpected fortable working in a high‐growth, high‐performance startup with fast pace and strong drive for continuous improvement; creative, self‐starter, proactive.Full‐time availability: 3 days a week at the office, 2 days optional remote.Location: Lisbon.BenefitsPrivate health insurance.Monthly Glovo verflex discounts on transportation, food, and nursery/office‐based childcare.Discounted gym memberships.Flexibility to work from home 2 days a week and to work from anywhere up to three weeks a year plus additional personal days off.Enhanced parental therapy and wellbeing benefits.EEO StatementGlovo is committed to providing equal opportunities to talent from all backgrounds, including all genders, racial and diverse backgrounds, abilities, ages, sexual orientations, and other unique characteristics.
