Based in Lisbon, this position focuses primarily on international recruitment while also involving operational HR tasks such as contracts, admissions, and onboarding. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Description
Manage and maintain accurate HR records and databases.
Lead and support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
Assist with onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
Coordinate operational HR tasks such as contracts, admissions, and compliance documentation.
Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates, employees, and hiring managers throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the job market.
Collect feedback from candidates and employees to drive continuous improvement in recruitment and HR processes.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Profile
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles, preferably in dynamic environments or smaller companies/consultancies.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and general HR practices; knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, databases) and familiarity with HR platforms or collaborative tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus.
Proactive mindset, adaptability, and interest in contributing to employer branding and process improvement initiatives.
