What Youll Do in This Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will :
Be the voice of the company and the primary contact for customers
Provide support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, chat, and social media
Assist merchants with questions and inquiries about products and services
Continuously work to improve processes that increase customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with departments like Sales and Marketing
Join a diverse, international, and multilingual team
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate :
Is fluent in Italian (C1) and has advanced English skills (B2)
Possesses strong communication skillsfriendly, patient, and customer-focused
Shows high empathy and is dedicated to excellent customer service
Can manage escalations and resolve complex issues efficiently
Has prior experience in customer support and is comfortable with omnichannel platforms (phone, chat, email)
Approaches challenges with curiosity, persistence, and a problem-solving mindset
Is well-organized and remains calm under pressure
Is proficient with smartphones, tablets, and computers
