Join a well-known Rental Car Company project as a Customer Service Representative and assist customers with their inquiries in a dynamic and rewarding environment! Location: Remote from mainland Portugal Start Date: May 15, 2025 Contract Type: Permanent (3-month trial period) Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding rental services Resolve inquiries related to reservations, billing, and policies Provide outstanding customer support and ensure customer satisfaction Working Hours 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, following rotational shift pattern distributed in the following hours: Monday to Friday: rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 08:00 PM Saturday: 08:00 AM 04:00 PM Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM Two rotational days off per week Required Documents EU ID or Residence Card for Portugal Qualifications Fluency in German (C2 level or above), written and spoken Good command of English (B2 level or above), written and spoken Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficiently Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays Must be based in mainland Portugal - anywhere apart from Lisbon Metropolitan area (no relocation assistance is provided for this role).
