What are we looking for?
Chef Sommelier We're currently looking for a Chef Sommelier to lead our wine program across the Club.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional and consistent guest experience in all our outlets.
We're seeking someone with deep expertise in both Portuguese and international wines, as well as a strong understanding of liquors and cigars.
You'll be working closely with suppliers, curating our wine selections, and driving revenue through thoughtful pairings and education.
Leading and inspiring the sommelier team will be a key part of your day-to-day, so we're looking for someone who enjoys mentoring others and upholding luxury service standards.

What you will do?
Curate and maintain an outstanding wine list featuring premium Portuguese and international wines.
Manage wine procurement, supplier negotiations, and inventory control.
Ensure proper storage, rotation, and presentation of wines across outlets.
Monitor stock levels and minimize variances.
Provide expert recommendations and pairings to enhance culinary experiences.
Engage with guests, elevating the service through storytelling and wine education.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of sommeliers and service staff.
Conduct regular wine tastings and training sessions to upskill the team.
Foster a culture of passion for wine, hospitality, and excellence in service.
Drive wine sales through upselling, pairing strategies, and unique offerings.
Contribute to F&B budgeting and forecasting, focusing on cost of sales and profit margins.
Organize wine-related events, tastings, and promotions to enrich guest experience.
