Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Energy Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager for the Coordination division, based at our Porto office.With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end project development contracts within the Energy Business Unit• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for the implementation and management of engineering projects• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractorsProfile:• Degree and/or Master's in Electrical Engineering• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)• Professional experience and training in project management• Previous experience in business development• Experience working with clients on projects in power plants, transmission & distribution, raw materials, or industrial energy solutions such as hydrogen and biofuels• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Highly proactive and creative mindset• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWhat we offer:Quadrante is a global organization with more than **** people focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
