- Define and implement Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies to attract high-potential professionals through diverse sourcing channels;
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles;
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes;
- Lead and oversee performance management programs including goal setting, skills assessments, and succession planning initiatives;
- Facilitate talent reviews and design leadership development programs in alignment with business strategy and organizational values;
- Drive career development initiatives, promote feedback culture and encourage employee engagement;
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to leadership and key talent, aligned with the group's culture and business objectives;
- Regularly assess training needs and ensure development efforts support business goals and talent retention.
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and employee development;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset;
- Experience in designing and managing talent and performance processes;
- Leadership skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across the business;
- Availability to work within multilocation while managing a team of 3 HR specialists (Talent Acquisition, L&D and Performance).
